学校简介
建于1946年，是直属高校，“211工程”建设。学校现有23个(部)，68个本科专业，34个硕士学位授权一级学科， 22个博士学位授权一级学科，16个博士后科研流动站，学科点已经覆盖除军事学和医学以外的11个学科门类。学校现有专任教师1,489人，在校生25,218人，建校60余年来已先后培养20余万的各级各类专门人才。
自2003年批准开展现代远程教育试点工作以来，学校坚持遵循成人教育与远程教育规律,依托雄厚的学科专业实力和教育教学资源，充分运用现代信息技术手段，大力开展现代远程教育的教育教学、课程资源与支持服务体系建设，在成人学历继续教育领域内逐步确立起了自身的品牌。为推动我国终身教育体系构建和加快学习型社会建设做出应有的贡献。

报名注册：
1、报名时间：春季11月至次年3月；秋季5月至9月；
2、报名材料：
（1）身份证原件；
（2）毕业证原件扫描件；
（3）蓝底电子证件照一份（免冠、裸眼、不穿制服和蓝色外套；300像素，120KB以上）；
（4）专升本层次需提供前置学历电子注册备案表（电子版，pdf格式）一份；
3、注册时间：春季3月注册学籍；秋季9月注册学籍。
学习形式：
1、采用学年学分制教学形式，学生必须在有效学习期内修完教学计划所规定的全部学分及环节。
2、采用互联网进行授课，学生通过互联网进行自主学习。
3、课程考核方式：平时作业、课程学习、考查课、机考、。
4、学期总评：（平时作业+课程学习）20+（）80=总。
